People with OCD can be seen to have an excessive desire for wanting everything to be orderly and organized.

The thoughts that emerge from OCD can cause mild to severe anxiety depending on the extent of disturbance the thought brings an individual.

 

WHY DOES IT HAPPEN?

For the most part, OCD is caused by a build up of traumatic experiences or thoughts and genetics.

 

WHEN DOES IT HAPPEN?

OCD episodes can be triggered by unwanted thoughts or events, objects and plans to be disorganized.

 

WHAT IMPACT DOES IT HAVE?

OCD contributes to an increase in anxiety and depression originated from the distressing thoughts that it puts forward.​
